Please read these terms carefully before using AiPSoft software, hardware integrations, or SaaS platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our software, or subscribing to our cloud-based SaaS solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Software License and Usage

AiPSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your business operations. This applies to:

  • Cloud SaaS Platforms: Hosted on our servers and accessed via the internet.
  • Local Installations: Installed directly on your local servers or devices.
  • Hybrid Models: Local operations with synchronized cloud backups.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any AiPSoft product.

3. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Payments

For SaaS and subscription-based products, continued access requires active billing.

  • Annual Renewals: Most SaaS subscriptions renew annually. Renewal ensures continued software access, cloud hosting, updates, and technical support.
  • Late Payments: If a subscription expires without renewal, cloud access and online syncing may be temporarily suspended.
  • Data Preservation: Your business data remains secure during a suspension grace period and is not immediately deleted due to a missed payment.

4. Hardware and Third-Party Integrations

AiPSoft supports integration with various third-party hardware, including barcode scanners, specialized POS devices, and thermal receipt printers. While we provide technical setup and remote configuration, AiPSoft is not liable for manufacturing defects, physical damages, or warranty claims related to third-party hardware.

5. Technical Support and Maintenance

We are committed to keeping your business running smoothly. Support is provided according to the following schedule:

  • Standard Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Emergency Breakdown Support: Available 7 days a week (including Sundays) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. This is strictly reserved for critical business interruptions (e.g., billing stopped entirely, complete server failure).

Routine updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements are included for clients with an active SaaS subscription or active maintenance contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AiPSoft, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
